Join the Oakland East Bay Democratic Club, one of the legacy clubs chartered by the

Alameda  County Democratic Party.

 

 

The original vision of the Club's founders was to produce Black Political self-determination through electoral politics by organizing grassroots coalitions of East Bay African Americans. Today's Club leaders remain committed to the original vision while maintaining a vibrant multi-cultural identity and advocating for political engagement of every resident of East Oakland. 

 

As a club member you will play a critical role:

• helping OEBDC set its agenda

• develop and implement strategies and political strategies

• organize community support  (including expand citizen participation and voting)

• expand community involvement in California Democratic Party

 The Oakland East Bay Democratic Club advocates for diversity and grassroots organizing. Our major initiatives are voter education and voter registration.  Help Make A Difference.
